Kelly Creed

CPA / Tax Stockholder

Kelly joined RINA in January 2003 after completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She received her CPA license in 2005 and completed her Master of Taxation at Golden Gate University in December of 2008.

She has over 12 years experience working with closely held businesses and their owners, with an emphasis in retail, franchising, and real estate.  Kelly is a member of RINA's Real Estate Group and Co-founder of RINA's SALT (State & Local Tax) Controversy Group.  She frequently gives presentations to the Small Business Administration and Women’s Self Employment Initiative regarding business tax issues.

I am an Enrolled Agent myself and as a controller, I find it comforting to cross-consult with Jay and Kelly on tax issues, strategies, and preparation. Jay and Kelly make themselves available even during heavy tax deadline periods and we get things done.
