Pat joined RINA in January 2008 as a Tax Manager in the Oakland office. A Bay Area native, Pat joined the United States Air Force to "see the world" before returning home and receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1990. She worked on agricultural cooperatives and wineries with Deloitte & Touche, manufacturing, foreign sales corporations, and tax exempt organizations at Grant Thornton, and individuals and real estate partnerships at Mowat, Mackie and Anderson.

Pat’s experience includes performing and supervising tax engagements in various industries. She has valuable experience in many areas of taxation, with an added emphasis on pass-through entities and their individual owners.
