Tracy Teale

CPA / Audit Stockholder / San Francisco Office Head

Tracy joined RINA in 1999 and is head of our San Francisco Office.  With over 17 years of experience in public accounting and 10 years in private industry, Tracy is very knowledgeable in accounting issues faced by small to medium sized companies.  She has experience in corporate, not-for-profit, partnership and S-Corporation audits and taxation.  She works with real estate partnerships and REITS in connection with the audits of real estate properties and developments. Tracy is the Managing Director of RINA’s Not-for Profit Practice Group.

Tracy has extensive experience providing audit and attest services to both for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries.  Tracy assists many of her clients with accounting issues and the design of processes and systems. Tracy also has extensive experience in setting up or modifying accounting systems with a specialty in on-line accounting systems.

Tracy Teale, Audit Stockholder, really took an interest in our culture and wanted to make sure that RINA staff and our Challenge Day staff worked well with each other. Tracy has taken the time to understand our business practices and has been an important part of helping us grow the organization, especially when we go into new countries — it is very important to do things right and she has been very generous with her time.
