RINA’s Walnut Creek office is located on the 2nd floor of the Civic Executive Building located just a few blocks from downtown Walnut Creek, and is within easy walking distance to the Walnut Creek BART station. Plentiful parking can be found from either North Civic Drive or Pine Street and is located in the back of this aluminum and glass clad, 3-story, energy-star building.

Brad Gai

CPA / Principal

Brad Gai, CPA, is a principal with RINA and is a member of the Firm’s Walnut Creek Office. He joined RINA in 1993 and brings more than 40 years of experience to his practice. Brad’s extensive accounting, audit, and tax experience includes work for manufacturers, finance companies, construction companies, and exempt organizations. Brad assists business owners choose appropriate methods for tax reporting. He educates his clients on the role of employee benefit plans as part of employee retention. Brad’s niche experience with employee benefit plans include Taft-Hartley Plans, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and health and welfare plans for publicly held and private companies. 

Brad works with businesses that range in size from single owner companies, to companies with over 300 employees. He is skilled in measuring cash-flow and providing cash-flow consultations and guiding clients in the complexities of achieving financial equilibrium. Brad’s expertise has qualified him to serve as an expert witness regarding litigation support and forensic accounting matters. He is a member of the Diablo Valley Estate Planning Council and enjoys assisting clients through the estate planning process to ensure their plan meets their unique goals and objectives.
