Pamela began her career with RINA in August 2000 and is the firm’s Business Development Director. She is responsible for directing the marketing and business development activity through the creation and implementation of the firm’s strategic marketing plan and budget to assist in the development of growth for the firm. She works directly with the firm's owners on opportunity management and sales coaching while assuring implementation of business development strategies. Pamela is known for her energy and enthusiasm and is committed to the success of RINA, its staff and clients.
Pamela has over 25 years sales and marketing experience with 14 years being dedicated to the accounting profession. She brings to RINA an extensive background in communications, sales and customer/client service.
